Carnival Cruise Line has revealed a new craft beer menu for it’s newest ship, Carnival Horizon.
Set to debut in April 2018, Carnival Horizon will have four new beers, which will all be brewed onboard. The beers have all been designed to compliment the cruise line’s new venue, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse Brewhouse.
The beers were developed by Carnival Cruise Line’s brewmaster, Colin Presby and will all be on offer at the restaurant sponsored by celebrity chef, Guy Fieri. This new dining concept will combine a brewery and a full-service restaurant which will serve buffet-style lunch and an a la carte dinner, focusing on smoked meats.

The announcement was made by Colin Presby and Carnival Vice President of Beverage Operations, Edward Allen at a traditional keg-tapping ceremony held onboard Carnival Vista.
